Arbonne RE9 Advanced Corrective Eye Creme

I always have problems with eye creams, they never work out in my favor, they either make my under eyes puffier than before I used the cream or they don't do anything at all! I have even had a few cause Milia like bumps under my eyes. I thought I was never going to find something that worked. For the longest time I never used an eye cream because of the weird reactions I always had, The main ones Ive used that caused problems were the Clinique all about eyes rich and Aveda Green Science Firming Eye Creme. I was in the process of getting a sample of Kiehls eye creme ( not sure which one) when my boyfriends aunt invited me an Arbonne party to play in the face products I decided to go because I really liked the mattifying powder I purchased a few months back and wanted to see how the face products were. When realized that I would be putting on an eye cream with my mini facial I thought,

"Ok, whatever, lets see what it does." "It cant be any worse than the others Ive tried."

Well...I think I have found an eye cream that actually works on me! *does happy dance* It is the Arbonne RE9 Advanced Corrective Eye Creme. This stuff is a wonder product. Not only do I have reactions to eye creams but I also have bad under eye bags and dark circles that never seem to go away. With one use of this product my darkness and puffiness dramatically decreased. All I did was apply a small amount under each eye at night and when I woke up, NO MORE PUFFINESS OR DARKNESS!! That's pretty good in my book :) I have not encountered and milia while using this product so hopefully they don't show up tomorrow or something :/

(Ingredients list)
The key ingredients in the RE9 advanced corrective eye creme are: algae extract, stabilized vitamin C, marine lavender, yeast, alfalfa seed extract, hydrolyzed lupine protein and peptides.
Their site gives a breakdown of each ingredient and what its function is, if interested you can read about the RE9 line HERE.

It comes in a pump top, which I like, Then I don't have to worry about sticking my fingers in a jar or squeezing down on a tube and making product splatter all over my sink.

The product (to me) is a mixture of a cream and a lotion, its not as thick as some eye creams tend to be and not as light as a lotion. I think the reason I got milia from other eye cremes was the thickness of it, my eyes cannot take those really thick heavy cremes yet. This one is alot thinner but still gives the under eye area enough moisture it needs. It has a citrus scent (as with almost all products I have used containing Vitamin C) and feels silky going onto the skin and absorbs fast. A little goes a long way with this product so even though it is only a half an ounce of product it should last a good 4 or 5 months.
The RE9 Advanced Corrective eye creme is $55 USD and you can purchase it from:

    1. Yeah that's because of the vitamin C in he product. I love citrus smells but I can see how you wouldn't like it if citrus wasn't your thing. It's not as bad of a scent as some vitamin C products can be.
I've never bought any eyeshadows or glosses but I've been wanting to!
